Background:
All Saints' was opened in 1971 and is situated in a suburban area, approximately half a mile from the village of Ashton-on-Mersey and two miles from the centre of Sale. The school occupies a site adjacent to the parish church and consists of two buildings. Facilities include a school hall, library, offices and kitchen. Computers are provided in each classroom. Extra-curricular activities offered include football, cross country, netball, guitar and recorder lessons. The netball and football teams compete in local leagues and the school band plays at school events and competes in the local music festival. Charities supported have included the Rainbow Trust and Children Helping Children. Operation Christmas Child provides Christmas presents for children in eastern European countries.
