Strong links are also maintained with the Church. There are statutory links with the Church of England, but links are also maintained with the local Methodist Church as the parish forms a Local Ecumenical Partnership. The school provides a range of extra-curricular activities including: netball/drama clubs, football clubs, choir, science and mathematics clubs, recorder club, dance and drama club.
