Background:
Malbank School was established in 1977, the purpose built sixth form centre and secondary school is set in the extensive grounds on the edge of historic Nantwich. The school was commended in HMCI annual report in 1998, and describes itself as forward and outward looking. The school operates frequent language exchanges with France and Germany. Music and drama are particularly strong extra-curricular focuses. Multi-cultural links are very strong, with partner schools in Germany, Italy and Sweden. The school aims to provide quality standards and high achievement in a supportive and caring environment. Every child is encouraged to fulfil their potential, in whatever area their strengths are.
