Background:
Tarvin School offers a wide range of extra curricular activities organised by both the staff and external organisation such as football, netball, tennis and golf tuition. There is musical instrument tuition, an art club, a gym club and a board games club for infants. This is a social, fund-raising and support organisation run by a committee of parents and teachers. It has a unique and valuable contribution to make to the education of the children. Regular fund-raising events are organised throughout the school year. Recently, the school has contributed towards playground equipment in the log area.
