Adlington Primary School opened in 1909 and has a long tradition of serving the local community. The buildings have gone through several modernisation and is in good condition. The school has strengths in all areas of the curriculum as represented by the schools excellent results. A wide range of extra curricular activities are on offer such as football, netball, cross country, rounders, guitar tuition, infant French, gymnastics, athletics and swimming amongst others. A warm friendly environment that provides excellent teaching and learning, forms the basis of the school which is continuously tooling to improve upon the provision for each and every child.
